Available Times: 6:00-6:45pm; 6:45-7:30pm; 7:30-8:15pm; 8:15-9:00pm
Individual lesson slots are available with Coach Matt Michno at Stride Hockey Development’s training facility in Centerville, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for pinpoint feedback and focused repetitions in a controlled training environment. Synthetic ice is best utilized by perfecting small lateral movements, save structure and correct posture.
